How to Import Fuel Statements

Step 1: Access the Import Tool

Log in to Nuonic app and select Import fuel statements from the home page.

Step 2: Upload Your Statement

Use the Upload button to select your file, or drag and drop the fuel statement into the upload area.

Step 3: Check Upload Status

For manual spreadsheets, ensure the column names in your file are correctly mapped to Nuonic’s fields in the reader so the data is interpreted accurately.

You can also use the provided templates in CSV or Excel (XLSX) format, which can be downloaded directly from the upload wizard (see example below).

AlertNuonic currently supports:

  • Ampol statements

  • Caltex statements

  • Manual spreadsheet uploads (Please ensure you map the fields right after selecting your file)

If your statement or file format isn’t listed in the import options:

  1. Select Another Source in the import screen.

  2. Upload your file in the wizard as usual.

This will notify our team. We’ll review the file and get in touch with guidance — or, where possible, add support for the file type in future.

⚠️ Note: This process does not provide an instant result and may take some time, but it can help streamline your imports going forward.

Once uploaded, track the progress of your file using the Status tab located below the upload section.
