Importing fuel card statement data
How to import fuel transactions from your fuel card statements
Need to bring your fuel spend records into the system? Here's how to do it in just a few quick steps.
Step-by-step: Importing your fuel data
Head to the Acquisition page
In the Fuel Accounting section, look for the Acquisition page — that’s where all your import magic happens.
-
Click "Import Fuel Data"
This will launch the import wizard to guide you through the process.
-
Choose your fuel card provider
You’ll see a list of supported providers. Select the one your file is from.
Note: If you're importing an Excel or CSV file, or your provider isn’t listed, check out this guide for help with manual imports.
-
Upload your statement
Just drag and drop your file into the wizard, then follow the steps to finish the import.
What happens next?
Once you upload your data, the system will:
-
Automatically match fuel transactions to your assets using asset IDs in the statement.
-
Store asset details, so next time you upload a new statement, it’ll know exactly where each transaction goes.
-
Build a history of fuel data over time — giving you better visibility into spend across all your assets.
